Three things, in the order you need them

From application to offer to the first six months

Most tools stop at the application. The hard parts come after it.

The volume problem

Everything gets posted. Almost none of it is for you.

Matching runs against your own profile, so what reaches the shortlist is worth the effort of applying — and what does not, never costs you an evening.

Where the hours go

The same evening, spent differently

Now

An evening of forms

  • Search the same boards again
  • Retype the same employment history
  • Rewrite the covering letter for the ninth time
  • Answer the same six screening questions
  • Lose track of what went where
With Jobsizy

An evening of preparation

  • Review what was matched
  • Approve the answers you care about
  • Make the declarations only you can make
  • Prepare for the interviews that follow

Submissions stay off until you turn them on.

Structure, not a measurement — we do not claim a time saving we have not measured.

How it works

Five steps, then it runs

You stay in control of the two things that matter — your accounts and what may be said in your name.

  1. Build your profile once

Your experience, skills and preferences — the facts everything else is generated from. Nothing gets submitted that is not grounded in what you saved here.

  2. Sign in to the job board yourself

You log in to SEEK in your own browser, on your own device. Jobsizy never asks for or stores that password. Your account stays yours.

  3. Choose how applications are sent

Each prepared application waits for you to check and submit it, unless you choose automatic submission for a profile. You decide, in one place.

  4. Applications go out, with receipts

Each application is matched, tailored, answered and submitted — and a receipt is captured. Anything uncertain is flagged for you rather than retried.

  5. Prepare for what comes back

Interviews get preparation built from the actual role, consistent with the application already submitted in your name.

Built to be trusted with your name

The safeguards are the product

An application sent in your name is not something to be casual about. These are enforced in code, not promised in copy.

You hold your own logins

You sign in to SEEK yourself, in your own browser. Jobsizy never asks for or stores that password.

Nothing invented

Answers come only from facts you approved. Tailoring can re-emphasise what is already true; it cannot add a claim.

Uncertain is not success

If a submission is interrupted, it is recorded as uncertain and shown to you — never retried silently, never counted as applied.

Hard boundaries

Assessments, identity documents, payment fields and consequential declarations are never filled automatically. They are left for you.

Receipts, not assumptions

A vanished button or a page that merely loaded is not proof. An application counts as submitted only with a captured confirmation.

Stop whenever

Pause or stop at any time. Work already mid-submission finishes rather than being abandoned halfway — abandoning it is what creates uncertainty.

What it will never do on its own

These are refusals written into the code, not features that are missing.

  • Enter payment detailsStops and asks you.
  • Upload or fill identity documentsStops and asks you.
  • Sit an assessment or a timed testHands the session back to you.
  • Make a consequential declarationRight to work, criminal history, licences — yours to answer.

Prepare

Preparation that knows what you applied for

The interview you are about to sit is for a specific role at a specific employer. Preparation is built from the applications you actually sent, not from a list of questions everyone gets.

Questions

The things people ask first

Do you need my SEEK password?
No, and the system is built so it cannot use one. You sign in yourself, in a visible browser window on your own device, and Jobsizy works within that session. When the session expires, the window opens again for you to sign in — that is the design, not a limitation.
Will applications be sent without me seeing them?
Not unless you choose that. By default each application waits for you to check its résumé, cover letter and answers and submit it; automatic submission is a setting you turn on for all profiles or one at a time. You can pause or stop at any time.
What happens if an application is interrupted halfway?
It is recorded as uncertain, never retried automatically, and shown to you to reconcile. Silently trying again risks a duplicate application to a real employer, which is worse than telling you plainly that we cannot be sure.
Can it invent experience I do not have?
No. Answers come only from facts you approved. Tailoring may re-emphasise something already true in your profile; it may not add a claim. Anything without an approved basis is queued for you to decide.
What about assessments, identity documents or payment requests?
Those are hard boundaries. Assessments, identity documents, payment fields and consequential declarations are never filled automatically — they are left for you, always.
Where does it run?
On your own device — laptop, desktop or a machine you control, on any operating system. That is deliberate: it drives a browser holding your own session.
