Acceptable use
The uses that are not allowed, and the reasoning, which is the same in every case.
Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. It is published in draft because you are entitled to see what we intend to commit to before you are asked to agree to anything.
The principle
Every application sent through Jobsizy carries a real person’s name to a real employer. Anything that makes that application misleading, or that makes the job market worse for the people using it honestly, is not allowed here.
Not permitted
Submitting information you know to be false — qualifications you do not hold, dates that did not happen, registrations that lapsed.
Applying on behalf of somebody else, or operating an account for a third party as a service.
Applying to roles you have no intention of taking, at volume, in a way that wastes employers’ time and degrades the market for other candidates.
Attempting to bypass the hard boundaries — declarations, assessments, identity documents, payments — by any means.
Using the service to harass an employer, or to apply repeatedly to an organisation that has asked you to stop.
What happens if you do
We will contact you first where the situation allows it. Persistent or serious breaches end the account. Where a breach may have caused an employer to receive a false statement, we will say so if asked by that employer.
