About

Built for candidates, not recruiters

Every product in this space has to decide whose side it is on, because the incentives point in opposite directions. We are paid by the person applying, which settles it.

The decisions

What the product was built around

These were decided before any code was written, and everything since has had to fit them.

Never hold the candidate’s job-board password

It would make us worth attacking, and it would mean applications were being sent by something other than the person whose name is on them. The cost is that you sign in yourself, sometimes more than once. We think that is the right trade and we are not going to quietly reverse it.

Refuse the fields that are not ours to fill

Payments, identity documents, assessments and consequential declarations. Every one of them is a place where automation would be convenient and wrong. They are refusals in code, not settings.

Never claim something happened without proof

An application counts as submitted when the employer’s site confirms it, and not before. A product that overstates its own numbers is lying to the person who is relying on them to decide what to do next.

Charge for outcomes, not for seats

A monthly seat charges most in the month you were too busy to search. Per-outcome pricing means we earn when something happened, which is the only incentive alignment we could find that survives contact with a bad month.

Why it exists

In the founder’s own words

Not written yet. This section is reserved for the founder’s own account of why Jobsizy was built. It is deliberately empty rather than filled with a plausible origin story.

Customer stories

Real quotes, once there are real customers

These slots stay visibly empty until candidates give permission to use theirs. No stock photographs, no composite characters, no invented names.

Judge it by what it refuses to do
