How to read this
A sub-processor is any third party that processes your personal information on our behalf. The list below is the complete set by category. Naming each provider, its location and its purpose individually is part of the pre-launch review, because a list that is incomplete is worse than one that is honest about being pending.
Categories in use
Infrastructure and hosting — runs the application and stores your profile and application history.
Model providers — generate tailored documents and draft answers from the facts you approved. Selected on terms that do not permit training on your content.
Payment processing — handles card details, which never reach us.
Email delivery — sends account and application notifications.
Error and performance monitoring — diagnoses failures.
Changes
Material additions will be published here before they take effect, so that a customer who objects has the opportunity to do so.
