Before you ask
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again.
When will I be charged?
When you choose a plan, then on the same date each month. Billing shows the next date and the amount (GST included if you live in Australia).
What if the price changes?
A rise reaches you at your first renewal at least 30 days after we tell you. A fall applies at your next renewal.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Izy stops sending until your plan renews. You can move up a plan at any time; you pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is 5 applications in total and needs no card.
What if a payment fails?
You have 7 days to update your card, and your plan keeps working in that time.
Am I charged if an application isn't sent?
No. Preparing, cancelled and failed applications don't count, and neither does one we can't confirm was sent.
