When money comes back, stated as rules rather than as discretion.

You are not charged in the first place
For an application without a captured confirmation. For a duplicate application caused by our failure to resolve one vacancy to one job. For a retry after a failure. These are not refunds — the charge never arises.
Refunded on request
An application submitted outside the policy you approved — wrong role, wrong location, excluded employer.
An application containing a claim not grounded in a fact you approved.
A plan charged after you cancelled.
Not refunded
Applications that were correctly submitted and receipted but did not lead to an interview. We sell the application, not the outcome, and we are explicit about that everywhere else on this site.
Preparation sessions that were delivered.
