Getting started
What do I need before I start?
A CV, an account on the job board you use, and a machine you can leave running while it works. There is nothing to install on a server and no browser extension to add.
How long does setup take?
An evening, most of which is checking that what was extracted from your CV is right. That review matters: everything generated afterwards is grounded in it.
Do I have to upload a CV?
It is much better if you do — extraction from a real CV is far more accurate than a form you fill in from memory. You can correct anything it read wrongly.
Can I use it for more than one kind of role?
Yes. Role profiles are separate, each with its own target roles, documents and preferences, so a search across two directions does not blur into one.

Applications
How do I know an application was actually submitted?
Every submission records the confirmation captured from the employer’s own site. Without that confirmation it is marked uncertain and shown to you — never counted as applied, and never charged for.
What happens if the same job is posted twice?
Canonical identity resolution matches the same vacancy across boards and titles, so it is applied to once. If a duplicate ever gets through, you are not charged for it.
Can I exclude specific employers?
Yes. The policy you approve can exclude named organisations, and those exclusions apply everywhere, including to roles posted by agencies on their behalf.
What if an application needs something unusual?
Anything that cannot be grounded in an approved fact is queued for you rather than guessed. Assessments, identity documents, payments and declarations are never attempted at all.
How do I stop everything right now?
Stop. Anything already mid-submission is allowed to finish rather than being abandoned halfway — abandoning it is what creates an uncertain outcome — and nothing new starts.

Accounts and access
Why do I have to sign in to the job board myself?
Because the alternative is holding your password, which would make us a target worth attacking and would mean applications were sent by something other than you. You sign in; the work happens inside that session.
What happens when my session expires?
The browser window opens for you to sign in again, and work resumes. That interruption is the design, not a fault.
Can I run it on more than one machine?
One at a time per account. Ownership of a run is leased and fenced, so two machines cannot both act on the same application — which is how duplicates happen.

Billing
When am I charged?
On a chargeable outcome: an application with a captured receipt, a preparation session, a problem solved. Failed, interrupted and uncertain attempts are free.
How do I cancel?
A plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period you have paid for. On pay-as-you-go there is nothing to cancel — stop using it and nothing is charged.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Applications stop rather than continuing silently at a cost you did not agree to. You can move up a plan or switch to pay-as-you-go for the rest of the month.
Help
Privacy and safety
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. Nothing is posted publicly, no profile is set to “open to work”, and no employer or recruiter is contacted on your behalf.
Is my CV used to train models?
No. Your content is sent to model providers to generate your documents and answers, on terms that do not permit training on it, and we do not train our own models on it either.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Settings has “Delete my account”. It removes your profile, your role profiles, every job match and application record, the answers you gave employers, and the documents generated for you — from our database and from storage. It cannot be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy; the button for that is beside it.

Common questions
Do you need my SEEK password?
No, and the system is built so it cannot use one. You sign in yourself, in a visible browser window on your own device, and Jobsizy works within that session. When the session expires, the window opens again for you to sign in — that is the design, not a limitation.
Will applications be sent without me seeing them?
Not unless you choose that. By default each application waits for you to check its résumé, cover letter and answers and submit it; automatic submission is a setting you turn on for all profiles or one at a time. You can pause or stop at any time.
What happens if an application is interrupted halfway?
It is recorded as uncertain, never retried automatically, and shown to you to reconcile. Silently trying again risks a duplicate application to a real employer, which is worse than telling you plainly that we cannot be sure.
Can it invent experience I do not have?
No. Answers come only from facts you approved. Tailoring may re-emphasise something already true in your profile; it may not add a claim. Anything without an approved basis is queued for you to decide.
What about assessments, identity documents or payment requests?
Those are hard boundaries. Assessments, identity documents, payment fields and consequential declarations are never filled automatically — they are left for you, always.
Where does it run?
On your own device — laptop, desktop or a machine you control, on any operating system. That is deliberate: it drives a browser holding your own session.
What do I actually pay for?
Outcomes. An application that was submitted and receipted, a preparation session, a problem solved. Not a monthly seat that charges whether or not anything happened.
Can I stop mid-way?
Yes. Pause or stop at any time. If an application is already mid-submission it is allowed to finish rather than being abandoned halfway — abandoning it is what creates an uncertain outcome — and nothing new starts after that.
Things the answer is always “no” to
These come up often enough to be worth stating once, plainly.
- Can it enter payment details? No, on any site, with no setting that changes it.
- Can it answer a right-to-work question? No. It is a legal statement and it is yours to make.
- Can it sit an assessment? No. The session is handed back to you.
- Can it help during a live interview? No. Preparation happens before, deliberately.
