Terms of service
What Jobsizy agrees to do, what you agree to, and the limits on both.
Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. It is published in draft because you are entitled to see what we intend to commit to before you are asked to agree to anything.
What this service is
Jobsizy submits job applications on your behalf, prepares you for interviews arising from them, and provides support once you start a role. It is not a job board, an employment agency or a recruiter. We hold no vacancies, we are paid by you rather than by any employer, and we have no relationship with the employers you apply to.
Applications are submitted through job boards and employer sites using a browser session that you have signed in to yourself, on a device you control.
Your account and your own credentials
You must be at least 18 and legally entitled to work in the markets you apply to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts in your profile — every application is generated from them.
Jobsizy does not ask for, receive or store your job-board passwords. You sign in yourself. If you choose to store credentials for a third-party employer site in the product, they are encrypted at rest and used only to complete an application you have authorised.
What we will not do
We will not enter payment details, upload or complete identity documents, sit assessments or timed tests, or make consequential declarations on your behalf — including right-to-work, criminal history, licensing and sponsorship questions. These are refusals built into the product, and no setting removes them.
We will not add a claim to an application that is not grounded in a fact you approved. Tailoring may re-emphasise what your profile already says; it may not invent experience, qualifications or dates.
What you agree not to do
Do not provide information you know to be false, apply on behalf of another person, or use the service to submit applications you do not intend to honour. Do not attempt to disable the safeguards described above.
You remain responsible for every application submitted under your name, including its accuracy. We are a tool you direct, not an agent who represents you.
Availability, and what happens when something fails
An application counts as submitted only when the destination site confirms it. Where we cannot obtain that confirmation, the application is recorded as uncertain, shown to you, and never retried automatically — a silent retry risks a duplicate application to a real employer.
You are not charged for an application without a captured receipt, for a duplicate caused by our error, or for a retry after a failure.
Payment and cancellation
Prices are published on the pricing page and are derived from the cost of providing the service. Plans may be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the period already paid for. Pay-as-you-go charges arise only when a chargeable outcome occurs.
Refunds are covered by the refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, Jobsizy is not liable for hiring outcomes. We do not promise interviews, offers or employment, and no part of this service should be read as doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian state in which Jobsizy is established, to be stated here on review.
